MFC-Urban builds multifamily homes in the Seattle area. As a member of the Murray Franklyn Family of Companies, MFC-Urban is rooted in a culture focused on quality and innovative homebuilding for modern urban living. Despite a history of notable projects, the company has kept a low profile.

 

BUILDING AWARENESS

Belyea worked with MFC-Urban to craft a name, logo and brand messaging for its suite of marketing materials. A folder with a series of nine inserts was the first application of the brand identity. This was followed by a website and the development of a direct mail postcard targeting investment property owners. The postcard uses a Monopoly theme and an uncommon card size to help it stand out in the mail. The new brand launches MFC-Urban as a forward-looking player in the multifamily market.
